Marshal Boyd has extensive experience in sports development and management, currently serving as the Lead Game Development Officer at both the National Rugby League and Parramatta Eels National Rugby League Club since February 2013. Prior roles include Development Officer at Queensland Rugby League and Indigenous Sport and Recreation Officer at the Department of National Parks, Recreation, Sport and Racing. Educational qualifications include a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, a Diploma in Business Management, a Bachelor's Degree in Education, and a Diploma in Sport Development and Coaching.
