Alanah Scholes is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and talent management. Currently serving as RAP Program Manager and previously as School to Work Project Officer at the National Rugby League since January 2020, Alanah has a comprehensive career that includes roles at AccorHotels as Talent and Culture Coordinator and at Pullman Hotels & Resorts as Talent and Culture Administrator. With foundational experience at Accor as Indigenous Careers Advisor, Diversity Coordinator, and Food and Beverage Supervisor, Alanah has developed a diverse skill set. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from UNSW, a Diploma in Human Resources from TAFE NSW, and a Diploma of Hospitality Management from Charles Darwin University.
