Daphna Tako has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and human resources. Daphna most recently worked at NRGene Ltd., starting as a Marketing Associate in February 2017, then progressing to the role of Marketing Manager in January 2019, and currently serving as the Marketing Director since February 2022. Prior to their time at NRGene Ltd., Daphna worked at Kadimastem as a Human Resources and Executive Assistant to the CEO from June 2015 to January 2017. Before that, they were an Executive Assistant at Tulip Capital from April 2013 to May 2015. Daphna's earlier experience includes working at the Israel Security Agency (Shabak) in various HR roles, including Recruitment and Welfare HR Specialist from 2008 to 2013, and Recruitment Specialist from 2002 to 2005.

Daphna Tako holds a Master of Arts in Labor Studies, with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services, from Tel Aviv University. Prior to their master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences and Human Resource Management from The College of Management Academic Studies. Additionally, they have a certification in ESG Sustainability Course from Women in Industry Forum & Shirley Kantor, obtained in 2023.
