Alon Blum has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alon is currently the Vice President of Business Development at NRGene Ltd., a company that focuses on optimizing natural resources for food security and sustainable agriculture. Alon is a member of the company's management team and heads the BSF business unit.

Prior to their current role, Blum served as the VP of Business Development at Baram Group, a leading company in Israel. Alon was responsible for project development in developing countries and investments in technologies. During their time at Baram Group, they owned and operated 7 subsidiary companies primarily in Israel and Africa.

Blum also has experience as the CEO of LIVEgg, a Biotech startup under the BRM Group. Alon managed the company's activities, prepared work plans and budgets until the technology was sold.

Before that, Blum held roles as a Director and General Manager at Agrited Nigeria, the leading agricultural company in West Africa. Alon oversaw project development, management, and import and sales of agricultural inputs.

Blum also has experience as the CEO of Facilone, a company specializing in the management and maintenance of office and commercial buildings. Alon was responsible for the general management of all company activities.

Lastly, Blum served as the VP of Operations & Training (COO) at S&S Group, a group of companies specializing in training and education. Alon managed large-scale government tenders in the field of education, overseeing separate profit and loss units.
