Mikael Pasila is an experienced asset manager currently working at NREP since September 2021, responsible for managing office assets in the Helsinki Metropolitan area, focusing on tenant relationships, building maintenance, and lease negotiations. Prior to this role, Mikael served as a Senior Advisor at Newsec from August 2015 to September 2021, leading the tenant representation team and overseeing client needs analysis and lease negotiations. Earlier experience includes positions as an Advisor at Newsec, a Thesis Worker, and Trainee at Microsoft, as well as a Trainee at Nokia, and a Project Worker at Amplion Asset Management. Mikael holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Aalto University and has completed an exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
