Lisa Hughes-Daniel is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a focus on employee benefits and outreach. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Employee Benefit Communications at NRECA since January 2022, Lisa has previously owned Rolling Field Communications, where the emphasis was on educating employees about their benefits. Lisa's past roles include Marketing Manager for Retirement Programs at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, where outreach efforts targeted co-op employees and HR leaders regarding retirement planning. Additionally, Lisa has held positions such as Director of Communications & Training at SRSI, Independent Consultant, Editor/Content Developer at TriPort Technologies, and Marketing Manager at Greater Auction Group. Lisa holds an MA in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a BA in Journalism with a minor in French from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
