Prior to NRC Group, Mikael worked at Infranord AB as Signal Arbetsledare from October 2012 to August 2016, focusing on planning and leading daily operations in railway maintenance. Mikael's career at Saab Automobile AB spanned from 1985 to 2012, during which various roles were held, including Grupp Chef Teknisk Utveckling, where responsibilities included overseeing lab operations and ensuring quality and delivery timelines. An extensive background in measurement technology and team leadership complements Mikael’s educational credentials, which include studies at Högskolan väst and Artur Lundqvist skolan, leading to a degree as an El-teletekniker.
