Jean Sanidas has extensive work experience, beginning in 1999 as an Office Manager for Lynx, Inc. In 2003, they became an Office Manager for Gotuit Media Corp. In 2010, they worked for Digitalsmiths, and in 2011 they were an Office Manager for uberVU, Inc. In 2014, they were an Office Manager for Hootsuite Media Inc., which acquired uberVU, Inc. In 2008, they became the Owner of Nine Elm American Bistro. Finally, in 2019, they became an nQ Medical.

Jean Sanidas attended Salem State University from 1994 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
