Patrece Charles has had several roles throughout their work experience. Patrece started working at The Phoenix Counselling Centre in 2010 as the CEO and Founder. In 2016, they joined National Integrity Action (NIA) as the Deputy Executive Director. Patrece is also currently the CEO of NPSC.
Patrece Charles has a comprehensive education history in various fields of study. Patrece began their tertiary education in 1990 at the University of Miami, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Biology and a minor in Sociology. After completing their undergraduate studies in 1994, they went on to attend Florida International University, where they obtained a Master of Public Health degree in the field of Public Health, with a concentration in Environmental Health Management, for the years 1994 to 1996. Continuing their academic journey, Patrece enrolled at The University of the West Indies, Mona, from an unknown starting year until 2007, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Public Health. Lastly, they attended Northern Caribbean University, completing their Master of Science degree in Counselling Psychology in 2010.
