Randy Allen started their work experience in 2006 as a Packaging Engineer at Cryovac, where they worked until 2011. Randy then joined Louis Dreyfus Commodities as a Production Engineer from 2011 to 2016. In 2016, Randy joined BeGreen Packaging as a Packaging Engineer and also served as a Process Engineer. Randy continued working at BeGreen Packaging until 2017. Currently, Randy holds the position of Director of Engineering at NPS Holdings LLC, starting in February 2023.

Randy Allen earned their Master's Degree in Packaging Science from Clemson University. Randy attended from 2004 to 2006.
