Sarah Abbott MCIPD is an experienced human resources professional with a background in strategic HR leadership and organizational design. Currently serving as Associate Director of Human Resources and Head of HR & Organisational Design at Norse Group since April 2022, Sarah has concurrently held roles as Strategic HR Business Partner and Lead Strategic HR Business Partner at Norse Commercial Services Limited since July 2018. With a long tenure at NPS Group beginning in 2009, Sarah has advanced through roles such as Strategic HR Business Partner - LEAD and Regional HR Manager. Additional experience includes acting as Group HR Director at NPS Property Consultants Ltd since February 2017 and serving as HR Manager at Norfolk Environmental Waste Ltd from November 2006 to November 2009. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Leicester, earned between 1991 and 1994.
