Bea Tassot is the VP of Field Operations and Military Programs at NPower. Bea leads all military programs and oversees the operations of Field designing metrics for recruitment, retention, certifications, and placement. With a background in international strategy and programs at Verizon Foundation, corporate social responsibility consulting, and public relations at Lucent Technologies and AT&T, Bea brings a wealth of experience to their current role.
