Lauren Caruso has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, serving in various managerial roles since 1990. Currently a Manager at NPC International since October 2014, Lauren has also held the position of Assistant Manager at Braum's from March 2012 to September 2014. Additionally, Lauren co-owned Angel Home Biz Consultants from April 2009 to December 2012 and operated Caruso and Miles LTD, which included Village Inn Pizzeria Sports Bar and Grill, from July 1990 to November 2005. Lauren's expertise encompasses all aspects of back-of-house restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor control, ordering, and kitchen protocol. Academically, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology, biochemistry, agriculture, and nutrition from the University of Illinois Chicago, completed in 1981, and graduated from Niles East High School in 1974.
