Mohammed Mikdam has a background in hospitality, starting as a waiter at La Brioche UAE in 2014, then moving on to NOZOMI Restaurants in 2016. mohammed then worked as a Head Waiter at Novikov Restaurant & Bar before transitioning to a dual role as Restaurant Supervisor and Manager at NOZOMI since March 2021. mohammed holds a Diploma in Hospitality from the Institute of hospitality technology and tourism, alongside a Bachelor's degree and a 2-year degree in English Language and Literature/Letters.
