Andrew Langford has over 15 years of work experience in technical support roles. Andrew started their career at Perceptive Software USA Inc as a Support Engineer and was promoted to various positions within three years. At Lexmark, they worked as a Sector Professional and later became the Manager of Enterprise Software Support. Andrew managed a team of support engineers and specialized in troubleshooting and migrating databases, scripting, and delivering excellent customer service. After Hyland acquired Perceptive Software, they continued their role as a Manager, overseeing multiple product lines within Technical Support. Andrew also assisted with data migration and system development. Currently, Andrew works as a Technical Support Engineer at Nozomi Networks.
