James Hughes is a seasoned QA professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance. Currently serving as a QA Developer at Nox Health since April 2021, James has previously held positions such as Senior QA Software Engineer at Phigenics and QA Engineer at Uptake. James began a career in quality assurance at RSA Medical, a Xerox Company, as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst and later worked as a QA Analyst at Nationwide Insurance and held dual roles at Fastenal as Solutions Support Technical Training Lead and Solutions Support Specialist. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from DeVry University, earned between 2006 and 2009.
