Dilja Valsdottir is an experienced marketing and business development professional with a robust background in mentorship, strategic marketing, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Mentor at KLAK - Venture Mentoring Service and holding multiple roles at Nox Medical and Nox Health, including Director of Marketing and Senior Brand & Marketing Strategy Manager, Dilja has been pivotal in promoting sleep telehealth solutions. Previous experience includes leadership roles such as COO at Icelandic Startups, where initiatives like the Startup Reykjavik accelerator program were launched, and project management at Innovit - Entrepreneurship Centre. Additionally, Dilja has contributed to academia as a lecturer at Reykjavik University and has organized significant events such as TEDx Reykjavik and Startup Weekend Iceland.
