Oleg Gusiev is an experienced design engineer specializing in the design, development, and manufacturing of office furniture, including chairs, armchairs, and sofas. Currently employed at Nowy Styl since April 2016, Oleg oversees the complete production cycle for office furniture components made from various materials. Previously, Oleg served as the Head of the Design (Production and Technical) Engineering Department at Sisecam / Ruscam / Merefa Glass Company, where the creation and organization of the department took place. Oleg also worked at Nowy Styl Group from May 2002 to September 2007, contributing to similar design and manufacturing processes. Oleg holds an engineering degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute'.
