Paul Ives has worked in various roles since 1998. Paul began their career as a Sales Executive at Carltonbarclay.com, then moved to Sales Manager at Celerity Information Services in 2001. In 2004, they became a Business Development Manager at REaD Group Ltd, and then a Key Account Manager at Rightmove in 2007. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Three., beginning as a Channel Development & Innovation Manager (Online & Contact Centre), then progressing to Channel Development Manager - Contact Centre and B2B - National Account Manager. Finally, they moved to Now Interact where they held the roles of Chief Commercial Officer, Managing Director UK&I, and Strategic Account Director.

Paul Ives attended Gable Hall School from 1990 to 1995, and Basildon Technology College from 1995 to 1997, where they studied Business Information Technology.
