Mark Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Mark has held executive positions as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary in various organizations, including NOW Finance, Noske Logistics, Alternative Fuel Innovations, and Vision Group Holdings Limited. Prior to these roles, Mark worked as a Director at Hindal Corporate and as an Investment Project Manager at Colonial Limited. Mark began their career at Ernst & Young, where they served as a Senior.

Mark Hansen completed their Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree from Monash University in the period 1987-1990. Mark later pursued the Professional Year Program at the Institute of Chartered Accountants from 1993-1994.
