Eduardo Baralt has been in the industry since 2001. Eduardo started as an International Technical Sales Manager at KMCO and then moved on to Chevron Phillips Chemical Co. in 2006, where they were the Linear Alpha Olefins / Poly Alpha Olefins Group R&D Team Leader. In 2011, they were a Principal Scientist at Amyris Inc., and from 2012 to 2014 they were the Customs Processing Manager (Toll Processing) at KMCO/KMTEX. Eduardo is currently a Principal Scientist at Novvi, LLC.

Eduardo Baralt received their BS in Chemistry from Western Kentucky University between 1979 and 1983. Eduardo then received their MS in Chemistry from the same university in 1984. Eduardo went on to receive their PhD in Inorganic/Organometallic Chemistry from Vanderbilt University between 1984 and 1989. Additionally, they have experience at University of California, Berkeley LBL.
