Jody Kershaw, MBA, CFI has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2004, Jody worked at Shopko Stores, Inc as a Market Investigator and later became a District Manager, Investigations. In 2015, Jody joined Thumbtack as a Marketplace Trust and Safety Manager. From 2019 to 2023, Jody worked at Varo Bank, initially as a Service Operations Manager and later as a Senior Manager, Customer Experience (Success). During this time, Jody played a key role in improving operations, implementing new technologies, and enhancing the customer experience. Currently, Jody is employed at Novva Data Centers as the Director of Client Relations - Corporate, where they focus on enhancing customer relations and ensuring operational effectiveness.
Jody Kershaw has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Governors University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from the University of Utah. Jody also holds several additional certifications, including COPC - High Performance Management Training (Contact Center Management Training) from COPC Inc., The Reid Technique of Interviewing and Interrogation from John E. Reid and Associates, Inc., Loss Prevention Certified from The Loss Prevention Foundation, and Certified Forensic Interviewer from Wicklander-Zulawski and Associates, Inc. They have also received training in Telephone Interviewing from Wicklander-Zulawski and Associates, Inc.
