Megan Hayes is a seasoned marketing communications professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Marketing Communications at Novus International, Inc. since January 2022, Megan previously held roles such as Senior Manager for Marketing Communications in the Americas and EMEA. Prior to this, experience includes working as a Tasting Room Associate at Dog and Shrub Distillery and serving in various leadership positions at Filament, including President and Vice President, where strategic, financial, and operational oversight were key responsibilities. Additional editorial expertise was gained at Vance Publishing and Agribusiness Publications, combined with early roles in public relations and advertising coordination.
