Dale Wrigley currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Novus Health STL since November 2021. Prior to this role, Wrigley was the Director at North Central Health District-COMPASS Cares from January 2017 to October 2021, overseeing a Ryan White clinic and establishing a community pharmacy and Health Innovation center. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Clinical Services at St. Louis Effort for AIDS, where responsibilities expanded to include medical services for HIV, HCV, and PrEP. Wrigley also held positions at the City of St. Louis Department of Health, where roles included Bureau Chief for Communicable Disease and Program Manager for prevention services. Earlier career roles include Specialty Case Manager at Peter & Paul Community Services and Executive Director at Alexian Brothers. Wrigley holds a Master’s degree in Legal Professions and Studies from Webster University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Saint Louis University.
