Jenny Moody is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at Novus Ag since November 2019. Prior to this role, Jenny worked at Silicon Valley Bank from July 2006 to January 2018, progressing from an Executive Assistant to C-level executives to positions such as HR Project Associate and Sr. HR Project Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing US immigration and relocation programs and collaborating on various HR initiatives. Jenny holds a Master of Arts in New Testament from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts in Intercultural Relations from Bethany College.
