Nikolche Davchevski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations, management, and technology. Currently serving as COO and Managing Director at NOVUS, Nikolche transforms ideas into reality while overseeing business operations. As the CEO and Founder of OMNISPOC, Nikolche develops strategic business plans and evaluates partnerships. Additional roles include participation as a member of PaddleKlub, Tenkominci cycling club, and contributions to the Digital Transformation Committee at AmCham North Macedonia. Previously held positions include Business Program Manager at Intertec.io, Division Manager at Seavus, and various technical leadership roles in infrastructure and systems at Johnson Matthey ECT Macedonia and Sparkasse Bank Makedonija. Nikolche holds a Master's degree in Information Communication Technologies and a degree in Telecommunications Engineering, complemented by certifications from CISCO Academy.
