Elaine Ranahan has been with Novotel London West since March 2002, holding various titles including Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Rooms & MICE Strategy, Revenue Manager, and MICE Sales Office Manager. Prior to Novotel, Elaine worked at Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts as a Conference Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, and Performance Manager from October 1998 to March 2002. Before that, Elaine was with Forte Hotels from October 1996 to October 1998, serving as Customer Relations Manager and Guest Relations Executive. Elaine obtained their Diploma in Business Studies & Hotel and Catering Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology in 1995.
