Muhammad Arif is a dedicated hospitality professional with over eight years of experience in customer service roles within the hotel industry. Currently employed as a Front Desk Agent at Novotel Bogor Golf Resort & Convention Center since December 2022, Muhammad previously held similar positions at The Alana Hotel & Conference Center and accumulated diverse experience at Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis Resort & Golf in various roles, including Guest Service Agent and Service Center Agent. Muhammad began the career at Bulgari Hotels & Resorts as a trainee and holds a Bachelor's degree in Room Division Management from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bandung (NHI), completed in 2017.
