Shai Arnon has a diverse work experience that spans across different industries. Shai is currently the CTO and Co-Founder of NOVOS, a training platform for gamers that utilizes machine learning to optimize skill-building practices. Prior to this role, Shai was a student at the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at IDC Herzliya, where they gained hands-on experience in entrepreneurship and business development from concept to launch. Shai also served as the Head of Digital at both the Haifa International Film Festival and Ethos Haifa. Shai's earlier work experience includes serving as the Naval Decision Making Simulator Commander for the Israeli Navy, where they redefined and designed the essence of the simulator, trained officers and soldiers in decision making, and certified the control unit's personnel. Overall, Shai has a strong background in technology, entrepreneurship, and digital media.

Shai Arnon attended The Hebrew Reali School from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Communication and Media Studies. Later on, from 2015 to 2018, they enrolled at Reichman University and completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. During their time at Reichman University, Shai also participated in the Zell Entrepreneurship Program, earning a minor in the field.
