Harold A. has over 19 years of work experience, starting in 2002. Harold most recently worked at Novopayment as an Engineering Manager, where they supervised and supported software engineers in creating and integrating financial services through web applications. Harold provided mentoring and coaching to the team and ensured they were aligned with the company's principles. Harold's previous role was at Esri Colombia, where they worked from 2016 to 2021. Harold started as a Geographic Information Systems Engineer and provided leadership and technical support for the development group, specializing in the use of ArcGIS technologies.
