Rune Pedersen currently serves as the Head of Leadership & Engagement at Novonesis since February 2024, following a distinguished career at Chr. Hansen from August 2006 to January 2023, where Rune held the position of Senior Global Learning Manager. In this role, responsibilities included designing and executing corporate L&D programs and fostering a strong learning culture. Prior to this, Rune acted as HR Business Partner for the Health & Nutrition Division, supporting divisional strategy and managing organizational change processes. Earlier experience at Mannaz involved project management of leadership development programs and establishing the London office. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Copenhagen Business School, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Cranfield School of Management, a Bachelor in Economics from Syddansk Universitet, and a high school diploma in Business from Kalundborg Erhvervsskole.
