Armindo Ribeiro Gaspar is an experienced professional in the field of technical business development and research and development, holding positions such as Technical Business Development Manager at Novonesis and Novozymes. With a strong background in R&D, Armindo has served as R&D Manager for Analytics & Central Services and as a Project Leader/Staff Scientist II at Novozymes North America Inc. Additionally, contributions to leadership have been made as a member of both the R&D Leadership Team and the Site Management Leadership Team at Novozymes Latin America Ltda, Brazil. Armindo also serves as a board member of the International School of Curitiba (ISC).
