Alessandro Brevi has extensive work experience in business development, sales, and marketing roles in the industries of adsorbents, chemicals and energy, oil & gas, petrochemicals, and separation technologies.

Alessandro is currently working as a Business Development Manager at novoMOF AG since December 2022. In this role, they focus on creating novel materials by combining metal ions and organic linkers in various ways and achieving unique structural characteristics according to specified applications.

Prior to their current position, Alessandro worked at Zeochem as a Sales & Marketing Manager for EMEA-India for the adsorbents division from March 2016 to November 2022.

Before Zeochem, they held several roles at Parker Hannifin, including Business Development Manager for Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals & Energy in BENELUX & AFRICA from December 2014 to February 2016, Business Development Manager for Africa in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals & Energy- Separation Technologies from December 2011 to November 2014, and General Manager for Middle East Operations in Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals & Energy- Separation Technologies from March 2008 to December 2011.

Prior to Parker Hannifin, Alessandro worked at Eaton Corporation, where they were a Sales Manager for the Middle East in Oil & Gas- Separation Technologies from February 2006 to March 2008 and a Key Account Manager for Oil & Gas in EMEA from July 2002 to February 2006.

Alessandro'sfirst professional experience was at Parker Aerospace, where they worked as a Sales Engineer for Aviation, Oil & Gas, and Water Treatment- Separation Technologies from an unknown start date to July 2002.

Alessandro Brevi began their education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Business Economics and Finance from the Louvain School of Management from 1990 to 1994. In 2018, they attended IMD and completed a program in Leading Digital Business Transformation. In 2020, they pursued a degree in Business Sustainability Management at the University of Cambridge. Alessandro also attended IFP School in 2021, where they studied Energy Transition and innovation toward a low carbon future. More recently, in 2022, they enrolled at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) to study Plasma Physics-applications.
