Tracy Bates is an experienced professional with a robust background in operations, quality management, and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Quality at Novolex since July 2018, Tracy leads quality initiatives and drives operational excellence within a company focused on packaging and sustainability. Prior roles include Director of Operations and Director of Quality at General Microcircuits, where responsibilities encompassed optimizing global operations, managing talent, and implementing quality management systems. With extensive expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, Tracy has successfully led transformation projects that generated significant cost savings and efficiency improvements. Tracy holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
