Mitchel Snarr currently serves as Manager of Corporate FP&A at Novolex, having previously held the position of Senior Financial Analyst in the same department since September 2021. At Novolex, Mitchel has implemented a comprehensive reporting suite and oversees multiple reports critical to the company's FP&A processes. Prior to joining Novolex, Mitchel worked at Campbell Soup Company from October 2018 to September 2021, where responsibilities included managing a $300M overhead budget for the Snacks Division and developing planning processes for an integrated SG&A team. Earlier roles include Financial Analyst at Campbell Snacks, Brokerage Investment Professional at Vanguard, and Production Team Leader at Festevents. Mitchel began a career in service at Bayville Golf Club while earning a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Virginia Tech in 2017.
