Jonathan Vaughn has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Plant Manager at Novolex since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jonathan held multiple positions at International Paper from August 2008 to July 2022, including Site Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and various roles focused on process and continuous improvement. Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked as a Pricing Analyst at Weyerhaeuser Company from June 2005 to August 2008. Jonathan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Michigan State University, graduating in 2005.
