Nigel Evers currently works in the HRM role at Novoferm Nederland since November 2022, where responsibilities include implementing and managing system changes within the AFAS system. Prior to this position, Nigel held HRM roles at Bleckmann and Westrom, with a focus on personnel and payroll administration. Westrom is recognized as a social work organization in the Netherlands, dedicated to assisting individuals with barriers to employment. Additional experience includes working as a sales support at Laarmann Group B.V. and as a store employee at Action and Naanhof Vlodrop B.V. Nigel is currently pursuing a degree in Business Studies at Hogeschool Zuyd, expected to be completed in February 2024, having previously attended Gilde Opleidingen and Niekee Roermond.
