Lynn Christiansen Esquer has a diverse background in digital marketing and demand generation. Lynn is currently serving as the Director of Demand Generation and Digital Marketing at NovoEd, where they have successfully led a demand gen program that exceeded KPIs and expanded the company's primary lead gen program. Prior to NovoEd, Lynn was the Senior Demand Generation Manager at Preempt, a cybersecurity startup, where they increased leads and helped rebuild the sales pipeline. Lynn also worked as the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager for Prevoty RASP Business Unit at Imperva and the Marketing Director at QASource, where they implemented various marketing programs to increase revenue generation. Lynn also has experience as the CEO of SocialProse Media, where they provided social media and digital marketing services to SMBs and nonprofits. Earlier in their career, they held marketing roles at The Open Group, Peppercomm, Shennum Green, Inc., and e-agency Inc. Overall, Lynn has a strong track record of driving results and enhancing marketing initiatives throughout their career.
Lynn Christiansen Esquer graduated from the University of Southern California with a major in Journalism and a minor in Cinema & Television. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In February 2017, they earned an Inbound Marketing Certification from HubSpot. In December 2017, they completed an Inbound Marketing course offered by MarketingProfs. In May 2018, Lynn also obtained an SEO Training Course certification from HubSpot. Most recently, in July 2021, they became a member of the Advisory Council for CSU Chico Digital Marketing at California State University, Chico.
