Lisa Brefini

Director of Customer Success at NovoEd

Lisa Brefini has a diverse work experience in customer success, consulting, study abroad coordination, and program management. Lisa currently works at NovoEd as the Director of Customer Success and previously held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at the same company. Before that, they worked at HubSpot as an Inbound Consultant. Prior to that, Lisa was a Study Abroad Coordinator and Academic Programs Manager at the University of New Hampshire. Lisa also worked as a Program Assistant at WorldTeach and a Graduate Assistant at Northeastern University. Lisa has international experience as an English Teaching Assistant in France through the TAPIF program. Additionally, they interned at the Institute of International Education and Cannes Cinéphiles.

Lisa Brefini has a diverse education history. Lisa completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in French and International Affairs from the University of New Hampshire, attending from 2004 to 2008. In 2006, they also had an opportunity to study French Language and Culture at the Collège International de Cannes for a brief period. Following their undergraduate studies, Lisa pursued further education at Harvard University, where they obtained their Master of Education degree in International Education Policy from 2009 to 2010. Additionally, Lisa has obtained several certifications, including Applying Analytics to Your Learning Program, Practical Success Metrics in Your Training Program, Redefining Workplace Learning Analytics from LinkedIn, and Email Marketing Certified and Inbound Certified from HubSpot Academy.
