Yair Shapira is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, including education, telecommunications, and technology. As the Founder and CEO of NovoDia since May 2023, Yair focuses on providing vetted educational content to enhance classroom resources. Prior to this, Yair founded Amplio, which was acquired by Quad Partners in 2023, and served as EVP of Product, Sales, Marketing & Business Development at DiViNetworks until its acquisition by Safe-T in 2014. Yair's earlier career includes consultancy roles in diverse fields and key positions at companies such as Jungo and Flash Networks, where contributions led to significant acquisitions. Yair holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the Technion, along with additional studies at the University of California, Irvine, and a B.Sc. from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
