Sholi Strauss is an accomplished industrial designer with extensive experience in product development and design. Currently serving as Manager of the Technical Ward at Nir Yitzhak since July 2022, Sholi also leads the Innovation Team at Novocure, focusing on pre-clinical product development and medical device design since November 2013. In addition, Sholi Strauss operates a design practice, Sholi Strauss Design, since March 2022, and has been an Industrial Design Lecturer at the Holon Institute of Technology since October 2005, guiding second and third-year students. Previous experience includes a role as an industrial designer at Yaacov Kaufman Design Studio from January 2006 to March 2009, specializing in consumer product design. Sholi Strauss holds a BDes/MDes in Industrial and Product Design from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
