Nancy Brunner serves as the Head of HR Switzerland and HR Business Partner EMEA at Novocure since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nancy held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Align Technology from February 2021 to February 2023, focusing on the EMEA headquarters. Nancy's extensive experience in HR includes serving as HR Business Partner and Country HR Lead for Switzerland and Luxembourg at Morgan Stanley from September 2013 to August 2020, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee relations, talent management, and overseeing the Swiss Bank closure. At UBS, from March 1999 to August 2013, Nancy worked as a Human Resources Business Partner and Manager IT, advising senior management and implementing HR strategies. Earlier roles include HR Generalist at Bindella Unternehmungen and positions at Boston Consulting Group and Bank Julius Bär. Nancy's educational credentials include a Certified Advanced Studies degree in Positive Psychology from the University of Zurich and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences and Art, Northwestern Switzerland.
