Anna Sikora has extensive experience in robotic process automation and process improvement, currently serving as RPA Business Lead at Novocure since June 2023. Previously, Anna spent nearly 15 years at Aon in various roles, including Process Improvement and Automation Manager, where responsibilities included leading a team, managing technology choices, and delivering process improvement projects. As Lead of the IT internal engagement team, Anna focused on fostering community among IT colleagues in Krakow. Expertise also includes driving internal RPA processes and supporting financial systems analysis, with a solid educational background encompassing degrees from AGH University of Krakow and Jagiellonian University in international accounting, human resource management, and socio-economic geography.
