Firmawansa Firman is an experienced Avionics Engineer with extensive expertise gained over more than a decade in the aviation industry. Current employment at NOVOAIR began in February 2017, following positions at Kalstar Aviation and UNITED AIRWAYS (BD) LTD, where responsibilities included various aspects of avionics engineering. Prior to these roles, Firmawansa served at PT. Aero Nusantara Indonesia, progressing from Avionics Technician to Avionics Engineer. Academic qualifications include an Engineer's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Universitas Nurtanio Bandung, obtained between 2001 and 2004.
