Sherwood Griffing is the Vice President of Business Development at Novo Precision. Sherwood has over 25 years of experience in the precision metal stamping industry. Prior to joining Novo, Sherwood was the Product Manager at US Baird Corporation from 1986 to 2005. Sherwood was also the Senior Sales Supervisor at Torin Machinery Division of Clevepak Corporation from 1985 to 1986, and Senior Sales Engineer at A H Nilson Machine Co from 1982 to 1985.

Sherwood Griffing attended Windsor High School and Central Connecticut State College.
