Gurpreet Eldridge currently serves as Vice President of Finance & Operations at Novo Nordisk, starting in September 2023. Prior to this role, Gurpreet held various positions at Microsoft, including Commercial Finance Director and CFO for the Central LATAM Hub between March 2020 and August 2023. Gurpreet's extensive experience at Novo Nordisk from March 2011 to March 2020 involved leadership in finance and operations across six LATAM countries, with responsibilities including P&L management and oversight of multiple departments. Gurpreet also held positions in financial forecasting and management, contributing to strategic projects and influencing key business decisions. Earlier in the career, Gurpreet worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Johnson & Johnson, focusing on revenue projections and financial modeling. Gurpreet holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Management Information Systems, both from Rutgers University.
