Anand Shetty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Corporate Vice President at Novo Nordisk since April 2003, overseeing business operations across South East Asia. Prior roles at Novo Nordisk include Vice President & General Manager for the Bangladesh region, where Anand managed the diabetes business, ensuring access to care for over 7 million people. Anand's career also includes significant positions in sales and marketing, business development, and team management, with a team of 900 under direct supervision. Previous experience at RPG Life Sciences Ltd. involved regional management for diabetes and psychiatric products, while initial roles at Ranbaxy focused on district management in various regions, contributing to product launches in dermatology and orthopedics. Anand holds an Executive MBA from Alba Graduate Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Mangalore University.
