Christoph Kalthoff is an experienced professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S since November 2023. Prior to this role, Christoph Kalthoff spent over 17 years at Novo Nordisk, holding several directorial positions focused on diabetes protein engineering, downstream technologies, and the LabDroid project. Christoph Kalthoff began their career as a research scientist at QIAGEN and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Max-Planck-Institute for Biophysics. Academic credentials include an Executive Diploma in Managing Medical Product Innovation from Copenhagen Business School and a PhD in Biochemistry from Leibniz Universität Hannover.
