Michael Pope is a seasoned finance and investment professional currently serving as Managing Director at Yalecrest Partners since January 2024, alongside roles as CEO, Chairman, and Board Member at Novo Integrated Sciences Inc. since January 2021. Michael has been a Board Member at Boxlight since September 2014 and Focus Universal since June 2018. Prior to these positions, Michael held the role of Managing Director at Vert Capital from October 2011 to October 2016 and served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at the Taylor Family from May 2008 to October 2011. Michael has extensive experience in financial reporting, having worked at Omniture and Grant Thornton, and began professional career as an Internal Auditor at BYU Treasury Services. Michael holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Brigham Young University and completed an LDS Mission in Valencia, Venezuela from 1999 to 2001.
