Connie Wenrich currently serves as the Manager of Program Integrity Operations Support at Novitas Solutions, Inc., overseeing change management, training, and quality for Medicare Program Integrity since December 2014. Prior to this role, Connie worked at Highmark Medicare Services from January 1991 to December 2014, holding positions such as Business Analyst, where responsibilities included project management and liaison work between operational units and CMS, and Customer Service Supervisor, overseeing a team of approximately 40 staff members. Connie's earlier experience includes a management trainee position at Pennsylvania Blue Shield and a role as a substitute teacher in the Lancaster School District. Connie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
